The Méan family is delighted to welcome you to La Garenne International School where our outstanding location high up in the Swiss Alps and our warm, child-centred approach have been attracting students for over 75 years. At 1300 metres above sea level, we are overlooked by majestic Alpine peaks. Below us is the Rhone Valley and the famous Swiss Riviera with its beautiful lakeside centres of Montreux, Lausanne and Geneva.

In addition to our regular academic year programmes, each summer we welcome young people aged 6 to 16 to our authentic, traditional Swiss Summer Camp. With French or English language lessons in the morning and sports and activities in the afternoon, campers are kept busy from morning until night.

Summer campers are accommodated in comfortable shared rooms and dormitories in the heart of the La Garenne campus. Each boarding house has its own dedicated team of house parents who provide each student with a warm welcome and ongoing pastoral care. We even do your children's laundry!

A choice of Summer Camp sessions in June, July and August offer campers a varied programme of learning, play, discovery and sharing. Our staff are experienced professionals, whose commitment to creating the memorable, safe holidays is unrivalled. Our own health centre takes care of every little bump and scrape and monitors all students daily. Not for nothing does La Garenne have a reputation as one of the very best Summer Camps in the world.
