TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify the programme according to weather conditions or other unforeseeable events. We reserve the right to amend the fees and costs of optional activities. Receipt of an application implies parents/guardians/agents have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions including the Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATIONS

You can read the full cancellation policy on Page 8 of this document. Essentially, if a Summer Camp place is cancelled 65 days or more before the start of the session, the school refunds the amount paid in full. If a place is cancelled fewer than 65 days before the start of the session, or after the session has started, the school retains full payment. Optional extras cancelled within 30 days of the start of the session are not refunded. We also do not issue refunds for students who cannot travel because their travel documents are out of date. Parents should take out their own cancellation insurance to cover all eventualities.
